Our Tiramisu Cake is inspired by the Italian dessert that one would find served in cafes, pizzerias and restaurants along the streets of Rome. We use the traditional Savoiardi instead of Pavesini biscuits to soak the strong espresso coffee, and our cake also has a richer mascarpone taste. A very generous sprinkling of Belgian cocoa powder adds a rich chocolate flavour to every bite.
