Organic Whole Wheat Chakki fresh atta is typically finer in texture than regular atta. This makes it easier to knead and roll out, and it also results in softer and more flavorful rotis and other flatbreads. Chakki fresh atta retains more of the wheat's nutrients than regular atta. Chakki Atta is  stone-ground into a very fine powder. This process is called Chakki grinding and both the endosperm and bran are finely milled.
